LHH is excited to be supporting one of their long-standing clients based in Sussex as they look for a creative, organised and people-focused Projects & Communications professional to join their brilliant People team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves designing presentations, coordinating projects, analysing data and bringing ideas to life and previous HR experience is not required.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Coordinating People/HR projects and keeping timelines, actions and documentation on track
*Managing and analysing people data, turning insight into meaningful reports
*Creating high-impact PowerPoint decks, visuals and communications for the team
*Organising meetings, preparing project materials and supporting delivery
*Working collaboratively with a supportive, friendly and high-performing People team
The successful candidate will have:
*Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
*Experience coordinating projects or supporting cross-functional initiatives
*Strong data/reporting confidence
*Creative eye for design and clear communication
*Positive, energetic, collaborative team player
*Someone who thrives on variety, coordination and making things happen
