Job Description:
Do you have strong communication and client relation skills? Would you consider yourself to be organised and great with following processes? If so, we are currently looking for a Customer Contact Specialist to support within a small team for a global medical device company. You would be providing Customer support to ensure all needs are met and resolutions reached efficiently and effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Managing customer queries via multiple communication channels
*Organising service bookings for occupational health services
*Coordination of clinics, managing schedules, and appointments
*Liaising with suppliers to ensure clinics run successfully
*Administrative and customer service support
Role details:
Job Title: Customer Contact Specialist
Work Location: Abingdon
Contract Type: 12 months
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £14 per hour
Hours: 8am-4pm (Mon - Fri). Occasional cover for out of hours, on-call or early/late shifts may be required
Person Specification:
*Experience within customer service, preferably in appointment scheduling or support
*Strong with using CRM systems
*IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
*Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
