Job Description:
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with exceptional organisational skills and a strong focus on client satisfaction. This role is Mon-Thurs 20 hours a week.

This position is with a professional organisation operating within the business services industry. They are a medium-sized company with a focus on providing high-quality support and operational efficiency.
Description
*Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth response to costumers needs.
*Assist the accounts managers with various partners relationship, such as PSP providers, payment consultants, and banks.
*Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring good internal communication.
*Provide administrative support during the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of services
*Coordinate effectively across internal teams (Accounting, Payment, Invoicing) to ensure smooth operations.
*Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
*Manage correspondence, including email management, mail distribution, and filing.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
*Proven experience in customer service, administrative roles, or a related field.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
*Experience with CRM software and/or administrative tools.
*Excellent organisational and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
*Fluent in French would be a plus.
Job Offer
*Part time 20 hours a week Mon - Thurs - then to go full time in the future
*competitive hourly rate £15-£16PH
