Job Description:
A major UK-listed organisation is seeking an exceptional Interim Executive Assistant to support their Chief Financial Officer. This is an urgent requirement created by the early departure of the current postholder, and the interim will play a critical role in stabilising the office while a permanent search is underway.
The role will offer hybrid working out of their Farringdon based offices. Applicants must be immediately available
Requirements: The successful candidate will be a highly polished, corporate EA with experience operating at the most senior levels of a large, complex organisation. You will have:
*Proven experience supporting C-suite leaders (ideally CFO, COO, Board Chair or equivalent).
*Background in FTSE 100 / FTSE 250 or similarly large, regulated environments.
*Experience in corporate, financial services, or comparable high-governance settings.
*Strong intellect, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate with absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing complex executive diaries and providing high-level administrative support.
*Preparing, reviewing, and producing board and committee papers.
*Reviewing investor materials, governance documentation, and financial presentations.
*Interpreting papers, summarising key points, and highlighting areas requiring CFO attention.
*Handling highly confidential and market-sensitive information, including pre-release financial data.
