A thriving and hugely successful Asset Management firm based in central London is looking for a highly experienced and pro active Operations Manager to come and join their expanding business, helping them continue to grow and develop.
This is an exciting new position so will require knowledge and proven experience in a similar financial industry so you are able to hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the day to day operational functions of the business. You will work closely with external providers. Responsibilities include:
*oversee the daily operational processes supporting the firms investment activities
*develop, implement and improve operational workflows and procedures
*manage internal operational infrastructure, systems and investor relationships
*ensure smooth coordination between investment, finance, compliance, IT and HR.
