Health & Safety Advisor
Salary: £45k - £55k DOE
Outskirts of Crawley
Do you have a background in health, safety, and environmental management and are ready for your next challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a large, dynamic organisation with operations across the UK and globally, where your focus will be on driving UK health and safety excellence.
You’ll provide expert H&S advice across multiple sites, influence safety culture, and help ensure every operation runs safely and efficiently.
Salary & Benefits:
*Salary: £45k - £55k DOE
*Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
*Hybrid working: 2 days office and rest WFH
*Pension: Very generous contribution

Health & Safety Advisor Key Responsibilities:
*Provide H&S and environmental advice across multi-site operations
*Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and risk controls
*Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and investigations
*Support fire safety, emergency planning, and contractor compliance
*Deliver training and guidance to teams and stakeholders
Health & Safety Advisor Essential Skills & Experience:
*Experience in multi-site H&S and environmental management
*NVQ Level 5 in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
*IOSH Certified Member (minimum)
*Fire Risk Assessment qualification (BS 8674:2025 / SCQF Level 6)
*Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills
*Ability and willingness to travel across UK sites (2/3 times a month)
Desirable:
*Food hygiene knowledge
*Environmental foundation qualification
*Nebosh Construction H&S Certificate
*Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or leisure sectors
