I’m delighted to be partnered with a professional services firm based in Wrexham. Due to continued growth and their acquisitive journey, my client are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team.
You will be joining a fantastic organisation and working in brilliant offices with endless amenities.
You will prepare monthly management accounts and play an active role in key month-end processes, financial reporting, and analysis. Working across the finance function, you’ll help ensure accurate and timely information is produced while contributing to ongoing process improvements and supporting the wider business with clear financial insight.
Key Duties:
*Timely preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
*Month end journal posting
*Prepayments and accruals
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Month end and ad hoc reporting
*Monitoring business performance against budget and forecast
*Variance analysis and commentary
*Maintaining the fixed asset register
*Support the Management Accountants with wider tasks as required
About You:
*Part-qualified Accountant
*Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
*Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
*Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs
*A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail
