Accounts Assistant (Temporary) – Paisley – Hybrid
Hourly rate: £20–£22 per hour
Location: Paisley (Hybrid – 2 days from home, 3 days in office)
Assignment: Temporary, immediate start
Our client in the Paisley area is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to support a busy and established finance function.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing invoices, payments, purchase orders, and expenses
*Completing bank and account reconciliations
*Taking accounts to trial balance
*Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting
*Assisting with budget monitoring and spend tracking
*Managing finance queries from internal and external stakeholders
*General financial administration as required
Requirements
*Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
*Strong understanding of core finance processes
*Proficient with Excel and finance systems
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
*Available to start at short notice
