Prosecutions Lawyer
Rate: £55 - £62 per hour (umbrella/interim)
Location: East of England
Working: Remote (Monthly court attendance)
About the Prosecution and Licensing Lawyer Role:
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Prosecutions and Licensing Solicitor to join a local authority based in East of England. The role will be for an initial 3-month period with a strong possibility of this being extended.
Key Responsibilities of the Prosecution & Licensing Lawyer role:
The successful Prosecutions Solicitor or Barrister will be able to ’hit the ground running’ and manage their caseload of prosecution matters, which may include matters such as:
*Environmental/Waste Prosecutions
*Licensing, All Premises Liquor Licence Prosecutions
*Taxi Licence
*Food Hygiene

You must have a background in working in the public sector or local government.
