*Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
*Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
*Prepare reports for the Accounting & Finance department as required
*Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
*Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
*Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes
*Provide administrative support for finance-related tasks
Profile
A successful Part-Time Finance Assistant should have:
*Immediate availability/available on short notice and open to working in an interim position (maternity leave)
*Experience working in a similar finance or accounting role
*Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
*A strong understanding of financial principles and practices
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
