Job Description
Client is actively looking for an experienced Senior Executive Event Manager to support our growing portfolio of executive events in Europe. You’ll work on a variety of programs with an executive audience including sports hospitality programs, executive dinners and our Executive Symposium at Client Rising Europe. We’re looking for a professional with progressive and demonstrated success in coordinating and executing executive events, from supporting strategy to ensuring the right measurement plan.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assist in the management of hospitality programs at Silverstone F1 race.
• Support execution of Executive Symposium at Client Rising.
• Learn and support audience acquisition process for dinner series and Executive Symposium.
• Manage process, meetings and milestones. Regularly communicate deadlines and interdependency to ensure established milestones are met.
• Develop, track and manage program budgets;
• Work with brand and creative services to develop an enduring event brand or activation assets.
• Manage vendor relationships required to support programs.
• Facilitate planning meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with field marketing and key executives

Required Experience & Qualifications
• 6-8 years of demonstrated success in "hands on" event management with at least 4 years managing executive events
• Ability to interact with all levels of people including senior executives
• Exceptional budget management and negotiation skills
• Strong Project Planning skills
• Consultative skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
• Event audience acquisition experience required
• Resourceful - self-starter that works best in a team environment.
• Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks.
• Sense of urgency and strong work ethic a must.
• Positive and consistent customer service orientation.
• Experience working with or supporting programs that support sales and drive pipeline
