The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
*£25,000 OTE for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator
*£35,000 OTE for an experienced Lettings Negotiator

Lettings Negotiator requirements:
*Ideally some experience working within a fast-paced lettings environment (not essential for trainee level)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload
*Able to work effectively within a team environment
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
As a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
*Booking market appraisals for the lettings team
*Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
*Booking and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
*Canvassing and prospecting for new business opportunities
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
