HR Systems Analyst (6 Months FTC)

Job Description:
My client is seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join their HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract during a significant HR systems and data improvement programme. They require someone confident in HR systems, data processing, and system work flows to help review, cleanse, and restructure their HR data so it can be effectively used across the organisation.

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days on site / 3 days WFH
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (pro rota)
Parking: Free on-site parking
Reporting to: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
*Review, cleanse, and restructure HR data to improve accuracy and usability
*Map and improve the full HR data journey across systems
*Work closely with HR Coordinators to identify what data is required and how it should be structured
*Support a GDPR audit project, ensuring HR data meets compliance standards
*Assist with the implementation/upgrade of the payroll system
*Improve automation and work flow processes within HR systems
Experience Required:
*Strong experience working with HRIS or CRM systems
*Confident handling large volumes of HR data and data cleansing projects
*High level of attention to detail and data accuracy
*Comfortable working collaboratively with HR teams to improve processes
