The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients across a range of private family law matters. This role would suit someone confident working independently while also collaborating effectively within a professional team.
Key Duties*Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters.
*Handle cases relating to divorce, separation, and ancillary relief/financial settlements.
*Provide clear and professional legal advice to clients throughout all stages of their case.
*Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed of progress and outcomes.
*Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court applications.
*Attend client meetings, negotiations, and court hearings where required.
*Work closely with colleagues to deliver a high standard of legal services.
*Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
*Undertake general administrative duties and case management tasks.
Requirements*Qualified Solicitor or relevant legal qualification with proven experience in family law.
*Experience handling private family matters including divorce and financial settlements.
*Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and general case management systems.
