Job Description:
Collins Property Recruitment is looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our small, friendly team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a varied role supporting experienced property recruiters in a busy and collaborative environment.
We’re open to someone working either 5 days per week or 4 days per week, with the option to work from home 1–2 days.

Role overview:
*Job title: Recruitment Administrator
*Location: Radlett (office based with hybrid working)
*Contract: 12-month maternity cover
*Start date: ASAP
*Hours: Full time (5 days) or 4 days per week
*Hybrid: 1-2 days work from home
*Salary: Up to £40,000 full time (pro rata for 4 days)
Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Administrator:
*Managing day-to-day recruitment administration.
*Updating Bullhorn CRM (companies, candidates, contacts and placements).
*PA support to CEO.
*Posting vacancies across job boards, LinkedIn and our website.
*Managing candidate registrations and documentation.
*Coordinating interviews and meetings (calls, Zoom/Teams and in person).
*Sending confirmations, Terms of Business via DocuSign and reference requests.
*Writing and updating job adverts.
*Supporting recruiters and the Head of Marketing.
*General office support and reception duties.
*Qualifying candidates and distributing applications to the team.
About you:
*Previous recruitment administration experience is ideal but not essential.
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
*Excellent written communication skills.
*Confident using CRM systems.
*Professional, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
