Job Description:
Parts Sales Executive
Northampton
£25,000 -£28,000 DOE + annual and monthly bonus scheme
Monday-Friday 40hr week
We are recruiting for a rapidly growing organisation based in Northampton who are looking for a sales advisor to join their parts team. They are looking for a personable and strong communicator, that can easily build rapport - whilst offering a friendly and knowledgeable service.
Main Duties:
*Liaise with customers and suppliers, including managing relationships with major key accounts
*Provide customer and product support, resolving queries and issues promptly
*Maintain regular, timely communication with customers and clients
*Identify, develop, and follow up on new sales opportunities
*Build industry, client, and market knowledge to prepare accurate and competitive quotations
*Receive, process, and manage customer orders efficiently
*Assess customer component requirements and source suitable suppliers through web-based research
*Receive and log goods into the warehouse system accurately
*Undertake any other duties reasonably required to support the business
Skills / Experience:
*Previous service & or parts experience
*Proven Sales Experience
*Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework and good attention to detail
*Communicate effectively by Telephone and e-mail - Strong interpersonal/communication skills
*Plant, Automotive or Commercial vehicle product knowledge or an engineering aptitude
*Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel
*Comfortable working to KPI’s, targets and deadlines
