Job Description
Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client’s busy dealership in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience within the motor trade to join a successful and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
*Acting as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repair.
*Booking vehicles into the workshop and organising the service schedule.
*Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle throughout the day.
*Liaising with the workshop team and technicians regarding work required.
*Upselling additional work, services, or products where appropriate.
*Preparing job cards, invoices, and associated administration.
*Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
*Strong organisational and administrative skills.
*A professional and positive attitude.
*Full UK driving licence.
