We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Call Centre team on a 6-month fixed term basis. We can teach you everything you need to know through our engaging training programme.


A successful Customer Service Representative in our Call Centre will:


*Put the customer at the heart of what you do
*Have experience in delivering excellent customer service.
*Enjoy working in a fast pace target driven workplace
*Be able to problem solve to achieve the best outcomes for customers
*Have good communication skills verbally and written
*Have the ability to work with various computer systems and take inbound calls


You will be responsible for:


*Responding accurately to inbound customer queries regarding their OneFamily products
*Taking ownership of a customer’s query from start to finish, making sure it’s responded to within the agreed service level
*Providing the admin team with clear and correct information to process customer requests
*Keep up to date with any changes to products, processes and procedures, to ensure the customer is given the correct and relevant information
