Customer Service Administrator – Chesterfield - £25,000
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a long standing and trusted manufacturing organisation who are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a service led organisation who strives to put the customer at the centre of everything they do. You will be responsible for order processing and customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work for a growing organisation with in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
*Providing an effective and comprehensive service to customers
*Processing customer orders within agreed timescales
*Answering customer enquires via phone and email
*Providing excellent product knowledge (training given)
*Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
*Ad hoc administration duties as required
Required Skills & Experience:
*Full training will be provided
*Strong IT Skills
*Customer service experience
*Excellent attention to detail
