Location: Swindon
Salary: £30,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience, including bonus/overtime)
Job Description
Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Prep Technician to join our client’s busy dealership in Swindon. This is a great opportunity for a technician looking to work within a professional workshop environment with excellent earning potential and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
*Carrying out vehicle preparation work on used and new vehicles.
*Completing servicing, inspections, and general maintenance.
*Identifying and reporting any additional work required.
*Ensuring all work is carried out to manufacturer and dealership standards.
*Using diagnostic equipment where required.
*Working efficiently to meet workshop targets and deadlines.
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Prep Technician / Vehicle Technician within the motor trade.
*Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) preferred.
*Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
*Full UK driving licence.
