Mechanical Project Manger or Mechanical Project Engineer required for a fantastic client based in the Leicestershire region. My client is happy to look at engineer or project management level as they are positioned well to offer progression to either. As a Mechanical Project Manger you will typically work across the full HVAC installation of projects with a variety of sectors to keep your interest. This role as a Mechanical project Manager is unique as most projects are locally or within an hours communte.
This is a brand new position due to the clients success and healthy pipeline for exciting projects within the region.
Mechnaical Project Manager Responsibilities:
*Managing a number of mechanical / HVAC projects simultaneously whilst managing your site teams
*Managing projects from cradle to grave
*Managing budget and ensuring project is running to its programme
*Woking closely with the electrical equivalent and collaborating to see project end
*Attending meetings on and off site
*Health & Safety
*Design input
*Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget
Experience Required
*Proven track record of managing projects to completion
*Valid experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager on commercial or industrial projects within building services
*CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid – ideally
