Personal Injury Solicitor (NQ-2) – Edinburgh
An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a growing litigation team based in Edinburgh. This role offers the chance to work on complex and high-value claims while developing strong litigation and client management skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
This position sits within a specialist team handling serious and complex personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury and large loss claims. You will support Senior Lawyers on high-value and sensitive cases while also managing their own caseload.
The work is varied and may include claims involving motor, employer’s liability and public liability matters, as well as cases involving commercial organisations, insurers and public bodies.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting with and managing a varied personal injury caseload
*Conducting liability investigations and reviewing medical evidence
*Taking witness statements and analysing medical records and reports
*Drafting legal documents and providing advice to clients
*Liaising with clients and complying with reporting requirements
*Managing files proactively and meeting court deadlines
*Supporting business development and client relationship activities

*Have strong organisational and communication skills
*Be comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment
