Are you a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor or experienced Personal Injury Litigator looking to build your career with a supportive and growing firm in Bradford?
We are recruiting for a Personal Injury Litigator to join a well-established claimant personal injury team, handling a varied caseload with a strong focus on Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, alongside some Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) matters.
This role is ideal for an NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner seeking high-quality work, flexible working arrangements, and genuine career progression.
The role: You will manage your own claimant personal injury caseload, with a particular focus on RTA litigation, supported by an experienced team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing RTA claims from instruction through to settlement or trial

* Handling a caseload of Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims

* Working within the MOJ Portal and OIC Portal

* Conducting liability investigations and quantum assessments

* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and settlement offers

* Negotiating settlements with insurers and defendant solicitors

* Providing excellent client care and case progression

Candidate Requirements Applications are welcomed from:

* CILEX-qualified litigators

You should have:
* Experience handling RTA personal injury claims

* Exposure to EL/PL claims (desirable but not essential)

* Knowledge of the MOJ Portal and personal injury litigation process

* Strong case management and negotiation skills

* A proactive, client-focused approach
