Customer Experience Manager The Role
You will lead a team of Customer Service Executives, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting the business to convert enquiries into sales.
*Leading and developing the customer service team
*Driving sales conversion from inbound enquiries
*Managing customer aftercare and resolving escalated issues
*Monitoring KPIs and improving team performance
*Delivering excellent service across phone, email, and online channels
*Producing performance reports for senior management
Customer Experience Manager
*Experience managing a customer service or sales support team
*Proven track record improving team performance and KPIs
*Strong leadership and coaching ability
*Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
*Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance reporting

*£29,000–£35,000 basic salary
*KPI bonus (OTE £36,000–£42,000)
