White Inspector – Ceramics Manufacturing (Temp to Perm)
Location: Corby
Working Hours:
*Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
*Friday: 08:00 – 13:30
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

ACS Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a White Inspector on behalf of our prestigious client, a well-established ceramics manufacturing company based in Corby. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment and offers a genuine opportunity for a temporary position to become permanent.
Main Responsibilities*Inspect ceramic components for defects using a blue dipping solution to highlight imperfections
*Identify faults accurately and determine the appropriate repair work required
*Perform remedial work using paste and hand tools such as sandpaper, brushes, and picks
*Ensure all finished products meet the required quality standards
*Work carefully and consistently within a dusty manufacturing environment
*Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures
Requirements*Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
*Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
*Comfortable working in dusty conditions
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
*Reliable, committed, and able to demonstrate a strong work ethic
