In this highly visible, commercially focused Business Development Manager role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging and converting new opportunities across Hertfordshire. Office based with travel to different locations, you will proactively seek out non-member businesses, confidently present the value of membership, and create compelling proposals that lead to upgrades, sponsorships and long-term partnerships. A Driving Licence is required as you will regularly travel across the county to meet business leaders, attend events, and represent the organisation at key conferences. You will also actively use social media channels including LinkedIn and X/Twitter to promote activity, elevate visibility, and engage with the wider business community. With strong pipeline management, effective relationship building and a persuasive communication style, this is a role where a driven Business Development Manager will truly shine.
