Office Angels are delighted to be supporting our client in Worcester with the recruitment of a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their friendly, hardworking team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Daily Rate: Up to £112
Contract: Temporary for 3 months (with the potential to go permanent)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
Start Date: Immediate ASAP
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
*Assisting customers and technicians to identify and order the correct vehicle parts
*Managing parts orders, including checking deliveries and processing returns
*Maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting stock control
*Using parts catalogues and dealership systems to source required parts
*Issuing parts promptly to the workshop to support repair schedules
*Processing customer payments and raising invoices
*Monitoring stock requirements and placing supplier orders
*Handling warranty parts and ensuring accurate documentation
*Building positive relationships with customers, technicians, and suppliers


About you:
We’d love to speak to you if you have:
*Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role or within an automotive parts environment
*Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive systems
*Great communication skills and a helpful, positive attitude
*Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
*The ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
*Confidence using computer systems and parts catalogues
