Production Operative
Location: LE67 1TZ
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + bonuses
Shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 (Weekly rotational shifts)
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing operation based in LE67 1TZ. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience using hand tools and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities*Working on a production line/belt inspecting pallets
*Identifying damaged or broken pallets
*Removing defective pallets from the line
*Repairing pallets using hand tools
*Ensuring repaired pallets meet required quality standards
*Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Requirements*Previous experience using hand tools
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
*Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
*Ability to work rotational shifts
Pay & Benefits*£12.21 per hour
*£1.00 per hour attendance bonus
*£0.36 per pallet repaired
*Weekly rotational shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)
