IT Support Engineer – Belfast – Permanent - £35,000 per annum
REED Technology are delighted too partner with an excellent medical organisation who require an IT Support Engineer to join their team.
My client requires an IT Support to add to our existing team in Belfast. Following the companies ongoing success, we are keen to add an individual as part of a hard-working, close-knit dynamic team.
Overall, this is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
*Installing and maintaining hardware, operating systems and software programs
*Troubleshooting and solving hardware, software and connectivity issues
*Supporting in UX design, document formatting, and graphic design
*Scoping problems and escalating to IT Manager if unresolved
*Translating complex technical concepts into simpler language for end users
*Excellent teamwork: Manning numerous systems involving various professionals with varied skill sets
*Strong understanding of object-oriented data
*Innovative problem-solver: ability to provide creative solutions
*Excellent listening skills to establish user issues
*Strong ability in multitasking: addressing multiple user problems and/or projects simultaneously
*The ability to work well under pressure
*Transporting and installing IT equipment
Essential Criteria:
*Proficiency in Office 365, specifically word and excel.
*Experience using a CRM
*Basic SQL proficiency
*Basic CSS proficiency
*Knowledge of WordPress
*Clean driving licence required
