Job Description:
The Job
A Financial Accountant will be hired for a 12-15 month period, this role could be part time or full time. Hybrid working.
Some key areas:
*Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions across the global entities
*Liaise with international partners to ensure alignment of balances and accurate month-end reporting
*Support balance sheet reconciliations and commentary for monthly management accounts
*Support with Tax returns, VAT, returns
*Support year end Audit process
*Assist with statutory accounts
*Contribute to IFRD reporting requirements, including Statutory Pack
*Maintain IFRS 16 lease schedules, covering vehicles, buildings and equipment
*Support budgeting process and forecasting
*Maintain weekly labour KP*’s
*Journal postings for month-end close

About You
*Experience of financial accounting and statutory reporting/compliance
*Experience from Practice and Audit with Industry experience would be advantageous
*Good general use of ERP and systems and comfortable with Excel
*Strong attention to detail
