Site Manager - £15m New Build - Tier 1 Contractor
We are seeking a Site Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor for the delivery of a brand-new build school for a minimum 9 months. We are looking for a specialist with a background in education or large-scale commercial builds.
The project is currently at the steel frame erection stage, and we need an all-rounder who can hit the ground running. This will be repport to the Senior Site Manager (SSM) and managing a site team of 3-4 professionals.
Duties:
*Overseeing daily site activity and trade coordination, specifically managing the current steel frame erection through to internal fit-out.
*Ensure Health & Safety on site, conducting site inductions, and ensuring 100% compliance with Tier 1 health and safety standards.
*Provide 2-4 week look-ahead programs and maintaining accurate daily site records.
*Coordinating a site team of 3-4 people, fostering strong relationships with sub-contractors and ensuring clear communication across all trades.
Requirements:
*CSCS (Black), SMSTS, First Aid
*Able to start latest week 2 of April
