Junior PA to provide support to the Executive PA to the Senior Partner and Managing Partner of an International Law Firm.
You will help with the smooth running of executive operations by handling day to day administrative tasks, supporting meeting coordination, and maintaining accurate documentation.
The role requires exceptional judgement, organisational excellence and an ability to operate effectively under pressure.
In the role of Junior PA, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help the Executive PA effectively.
*Manage complex and frequently changing diaries for internal and external meetings
*Assist with the planning and coordination of key meetings, including document preparation
*Handle complex travel arrangements and maintain electronic filing systems
*Prepare and format documents and presentations for business briefings
*Conduct research and manage client relationship systems
*Assist with billing, credit control, and ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
Experience required:
*Administrative experience in the legal sector
*Accurate typing speed of at least 60 wpm
*Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Excellent communication, organisational, and team skills
*Strong attention to detail and English proficiency
*Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
*Positive, flexible, and reliable with a proactive approach
Salary up to £38,000
Hybrid working 3 days in the office / 2 from home
