Job Description:
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join an established and thriving company who operate within the building services sector. The Administrator role involves reviewing and pricing jobs, ensuring that invoices match purchase orders and approving these in a timely and accurate manner.
*Salary – Up to £30,000
*Office based
Administrator duties:
*Reviewing and pricing jobs to support commercial delivery
*Reviewing subcontractor invoices to ensure they align with purchase orders applied for, and approving these
*Preparing end-of-month applications based on agreed pricing
*Raising invoices and issuing these to clients in line with agreements
*Managing variations across all contracts, owning and managing these directly with clients
*Handling client queries following applications, including disputing, and negotiating costs
*Attending weekly/monthly meetings to run through applications and discuss operational issues impacting performance
Administrator skills/competencies:
*Previous experience within a similar role desirable
*Excellent attention to details with strong organisational skills
*Good verbal and written communication skills
