Job Description:
Our client is a well respected and highly successful construction-related company based in the Leicestershire area. Owing to ongoing success, a highly desirable role as Head of National Sales has become available.
The successful candidate will hold a pivotal role by optimizing sales performance by designing and executing the national sales strategy. Everyday duties will entail:
*Leading a multi-region sales team
*Incorporating a robust sales pipeline
*Forecasting and expanding on retained national accounts
*Building an effective sales culture
*Management of both the sales function and staff
*Setting high standards of excellence and professionalism
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be highly professional and knowledgeable with a background in construction or plant hire. You should have solid management experience and demonstrate both excellent judgement and a strategic approach to sales.
Demonstrating both credibility and confidence with the ability to stay focused, you will operate with a high level of accountability and integrity.
