Are you a confident, welcoming and organised receptionist who thrives in a professional corporate environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious property firm in the City, providing a first-class front-of-house experience. Working part-time across two set weekdays, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional client journey and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a busy corporate office.

Key Responsibilities*Delivering a polished and professional reception service as the first point of contact
*Managing front desk duties including greeting visitors, handling calls and providing clear information
*Coordinating and managing room booking diaries
*Overseeing eight meeting rooms, ensuring they are cleared, reset and ready for use
*Providing support with general administrative tasks
*Assisting with basic expenses processing
*Ensuring smooth front-of-house operations on the agreed fixed working days (Tuesday & Friday)
*Representing the business at their City office in 100 Bishopsgate
Skills & Experience Required*Experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house, PA or administrative role
*Warm, friendly and confident communication skills
*Ability to remain calm, resilient and composed in a busy environment
*Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
*Comfortable pushing back professionally when required
*Someone earlier in their career or seeking to develop within business support
*Must be fully committed to the set on-site working pattern (no conflicting commitments)
