The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a varied, high-quality caseload while working with a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, property developers, and landowners.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
*Acquisitions and disposals
*Drafting and renewing business leases for both landlords and tenants
*Deeds of Grant
*Deeds of Variation
*Deeds of Assignment
*Overage Agreements
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documents
*Providing clear, practical advice to clients
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Supporting business development and contributing to team growth
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be:
*A Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
*Experienced in commercial property matters with strong technical knowledge
*Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
*Client-focused with a proactive, team-oriented approach
