About us
The role
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a key part of the parcel journey: • Loading and unloading parcels from trailers • Moving parcels through the warehouse safely and efficiently • Operating mechanised parcel sorting equipment • Sorting up to 40,000 items with your team during a single shift • Ensuring every parcel – big or small – is handled with care and reaches its destination on time

Skills & experience
We welcome individuals from all backgrounds – no previous experience is required, but it’s a bonus if you’ve worked in similar environments. Our ideal candidate: • Is flexible and comfortable switching between tasks • Can lift parcels up to 30kg and push loads up to 250kg (with assistance for heavier items) • Is physically fit and able to manage long shifts on their feet • Is motivated, reliable, and ready to work as part of a team
