Job Description:
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)
Contract: 6 months, initially on a day-rate basis
Start: after Easter break
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Project Manager to lead an independent review and full redesign of a business support operating model. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on diagnosing organisational issues, shaping solutions, and delivering meaningful, measurable change.
*Conduct a full diagnostic of the current operating model, including stakeholder feedback, cost analysis, demand/capacity assessment, and SWOT.
*Develop a set of model options with clear financial rationale, ROI, and a final recommended structure (including org design and role/structural proposals).
*Build a more dynamic, flexible, and agile model that ensures full utilisation, meets business needs, and delivers significant cost reduction.
*Produce a clear and achievable roadmap for implementation, setting KPIs & measures of success.
Experience
*Demonstrated experience in operating model reviews and redesigns, ideally within business support functions.
*Strong understanding of organisational design principles and relevant employment legislation.
*Proven commercial acumen, including cost modelling and business case development.
*Skilled change manager with excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation capability.
*Experience with shared services, flexible resourcing models, and process automation.
