HGV Class 1 Driver - ShunterSwindon | £18-£21 per hour | 10pm to 6am starts | Sunday - Thursday | Ongoing
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is urgently recruiting HGV Class 1 Shunter Drivers for a busy trunking operation in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking regular weekday work, competitive pay, and long-term prospects in a modern logistics environment.
Key Duties*Carry out Shunting around clients yard
*Complete nessecary trailer checks
*Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle.
*Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements*Valid HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) licence.
*CPC and Digi Tacho card.
*Experience of shunting preferred, training can be provided
*Strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping.
What We Offer*£18 per hour (PAYE).
*£21 per hour (UMB PAYE).
*Minimum 8 hours paid per shift.
*Start times between 4am and 6am.
*Monday to Friday work (no weekends).
*Modern, well-maintained fleet.
*Overtime available.
*Temp to perm opportunities.
