Responsibilities:
*Delivering engaging and imaginative lessons specifically tailored to Year 1 or Year 2
*Fostering a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages early independence
*Working closely with a job-share partner or class team to ensure continuity of learning
*Assessing student progress and providing the feedback needed to help young learners flourish
*Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding student development
*Using your expertise in Phonics (e.g., Read Write Inc or Little Wandle) to boost literacy
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
*Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (KS1)
*An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
*Right to work in the UK - Essential (sponsorship is not available)
*Strong knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
*A passionate, flexible, and reliable approach to part-time teaching
