Description
*Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently.
*Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
*Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
*Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
*Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
*Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
*Respond to internal and external financial queries professionally.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
*Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
*Experience within the property industry or a similar sector.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
*Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
*Sage X3 experience is a bonus
Job Offer
