Are you a passionate teacher looking for a fresh and exciting opportunity?
A friendly and supportive primary school in Banbury is looking for a Year 1/2 Class Teacher to join their team from Easter 2026. This role is open to both Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers.
Must hold Qualified Teacher Status to be considered.
The school is a two form entry primary setting, giving you the opportunity to share planning and marking with the other Year 1/2 teacher and work collaboratively within a supportive team.
For the successful candidate, there may also be opportunities to take on middle leadership or phase lead responsibilities if this is of interest.

Assessing the progress of your class
Planning engaging and creative lessons
Delivering high quality teaching in line with the Key Stage 1 national curriculum

• Mainstream primary school setting

• Easily accessible via public transport routes
• Salary £30,000 to £46,525 (MPS1 to UPS3) with potential TLR opportunities
