Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Private Client team. The role would suit a candidate with at least 3 years’ experience in Private Client work.

Key Responsibilities
*Drafting Wills, including trust Wills
*Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Estate planning and Inheritance Tax (IHT) advice
*Deeds of Variation
*Probate and estate administration, including IHT400 accounts
*Financial management of clients’ affairs where the firm acts as Attorney/Deputy
*Court of Protection applications
Skills and Experience
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
*Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
*Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
*Willingness to learn and develop within the role
