Job Description:
A well-established, privately owned property investment office in Hampstead is looking for an organised Office Manager to support a small team of Directors and Property Managers. Property experience is essential. You must have previously worked in property as an Office Manager, PA, Property Administrator, or Lettings Administrator.
Overview:
*Job title: Office Manager
*Industry: Property Investment
*Location: Hampstead
*Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
*Hours: Monday–Friday and 9:00am – 5:30pm
Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
*Diary management and admin support for a team of six.
*Overseeing day-to-day office operations.
*Managing invoicing, bookkeeping, and data entry.
*Coordinating maintenance contractors and property repairs.
*Handling calls, correspondence, and document management.
Benefits:
*£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
*23 days holiday + bank holidays.
*Office closed between Christmas & New Year.
*On-site parking.
*Stable role within a privately owned property investment business.
