Job Description:
PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – Fee Earner, NQ, to 3 PQE
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £35,000 – £60,000
QED Legal is representing a well-established Legal 500 regional law firm with an excellent reputation across Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a supportive and busy private client team in Basildon.

Role Requirements The ideal Private Client Solicitor will:
*Be Non-Qualified Fee Earnerto 3 years PQE in private client law (applications as fee earner up to 4 PQE will be considered)
*Have proven experience managing files in areas such as:
*Probate & Administration of Estates
*Wills drafting
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Trusts
*Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax planning
Key Skills & Personal Attributes*Strong client-focused approach, with the ability to build long-term relationships
*Proactive, motivated, and positive attitude
*Commitment to delivering a high standard of service
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
