Job Description:
Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Pay: £12.71 per hour + holiday pay
Contract: Temporary
Main Duties:
*Help prepare customer and branch reports.
*Answering incoming calls
*Data input onto the system
*Checking customer pricing details
*Reporting any issues and complaints
*Providing excellent customer service
*Admin support
*Filing and keeping records up to date
Skills & Experience
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
*Previous administration experience.
*Good phone communication skills.
*Reliable and dependable.
