Private ClientLegal Secretary
JS Legal Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to work on a full-time basis for a solicitor’s based in Billericay. The position has a varied role covering Wills, Probates, LPAs, Estate Accounts.
As a Private Client Legal Secretary you will provide secretarial support to a Private Client Solicitor.
The Role
*You will provide full secretarial support to a Solicitor
*Using digital dictation system to produce correspondence related to private client maters
*Diary management
*Meeting with clients to witness execution of client’s wills/documents
*Wills- Typing and managing documentation
*Probates – assisting with correspondence , documentation
*LPAs- preparing forms, liaising with clients, and maintain records
*Front office reception duties meeting and greeting clients , booking appointments managing incoming / outgoing post
*Typing letters, forms, LPAs, and court of protection applications
*Maintaining and updating client records and databases
*Managing diaries, arranging appointments
Skills and Experience
*Previous Private Client Secretary experience essential
*Accurate typing skills including digital audio systems
*Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel ,Outlook
*Confident and professional in dealing with clients
*Strong attention to detail
*Pleasant working environment
*Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
