Job Title: National Account Manager (Field Based)
Location: Essex HQ (Field-based role – National coverage, primarily South East)
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + Company Car + Commission
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a field-based National Account Manager to join a growing Essex-based company. While the role supports national retail accounts, the majority of your time will be spent in the field across the South East, developing relationships, managing key retail partnerships and driving new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, has experience selling into retail, and has a genuine passion for the retail sector. Experience working with or alongside charities would also be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow relationships with national and regional retail accounts
*Identify and develop new retail opportunities across the UK
*Spend the majority of time in the field visiting retail partners and prospects
*Build strong partnerships with retailers and charity organisations to deliver successful initiatives
*Deliver account growth through strategic planning and strong commercial negotiation
*Present new ideas, products and partnership opportunities to clients
*Provide regular reporting and updates on account performance and pipeline
About You
*Proven experience selling into retail or managing retail accounts
*Comfortable working in a field-based role with regular travel
*A genuine passion for retail and customer engagement
*Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
*Commercially focused with the ability to identify growth opportunities
*Experience working with or alongside charities would be advantageous
*Full UK driving licence required
