Streetworks Performance & Scheduler Administrator
Location: Essex (Office-Based)
Salary: £35,000 per year
Holiday: 28 days
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Streetworks Performance & Scheduler Administrator to join a utilities team supporting a major London-based gas infrastructure contract.
This role would suit someone with strong Street Manager and permit coordination experience who is comfortable working closely with both operational and management teams to ensure streetworks remain compliant and programmes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities * Managing streetworks permit submissions and permit conditions

* Ensuring permits are opened and closed on time in coordination with site management and jet wash teams

* Monitoring and managing 2-hour and 4-hour defect responses

* Handling Section 74 (S74) overstay charges and Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs)

* Supporting the Project Manager with permit applications, including works affecting bus stops and parking bays

* Attending planning meetings with operational teams to ensure streetworks programmes align with project delivery

Requirements * Experience using Street Manager

* Strong knowledge of streetworks regulations, including Section 74s and Fixed Penalty Notices

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to work closely with site teams and management
