Job Description:
Early Years Practitioner – East Sheen, London, SW14Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 per annum / Up to £15.50ph (depending on qualifications, experience, and age)
Hours: 36 hours per week across 4 days or 45 hours across 5 days (8am–6pm with 1-hour lunch)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, All Year Round

Key Responsibilities
*Deliver high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS framework
*Plan, prepare, and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
*Support the social, emotional, and educational development of every child
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment
*Build strong relationships with parents and carers, celebrating each child’s progress and achievements
About You
*Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (full and relevant)
*Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Practitioner (babies or toddlers preferred)
*Strong understanding of child development and EYFS principles
*Passionate about outdoor learning, creativity, and inclusion
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Eligible to work in the UK
